Allo360 processes telephone conversations. That is sensitive data by nature: this document sets out precisely what we do with it, where it lives and for how long.

Data controller

Allo360 SAS, 58 rue Monceau, 75008 Paris, France, is the controller of the data collected via allo360.com. For any question about your data: support@allo360.com, or by post to the same address.

What data we process

Three families. Account data you give us (name, email address, company, phone, payment method. Service usage data) calling numbers, timestamps, call duration, audio recordings, transcripts and summaries. Technical browsing data, IP address, pages viewed, audience measurement.

Why, and on what basis

Account and usage data are processed to perform the contract between us (Article 6.1.b GDPR): without them the service cannot work. Technical data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service (Article 6.1.f). No data is ever sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.

Where your data is hosted

On servers located in the European Union. Recordings, transcripts and summaries do not leave it. Voice processing (speech recognition and synthesis) is operated by our telecom partner, an electronic communications operator established in the European Union; payments are processed by Stripe. These sub-processors are bound by a GDPR-compliant processing agreement, and the up-to-date list naming them is available on request at support@allo360.com.

How long we keep it

Recordings and transcripts are kept for the period YOU set in your account, between 7 days and 12 months, and can be erased at any time with one button. Account data are kept for the duration of the subscription and then three years from the last contact. Invoices are kept for ten years, as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. Write to support@allo360.com: we answer within one month. If disagreement persists, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.

What your callers need to know

Your callers are data subjects too. Two obligations fall on you as a user of the service: telling them the call is handled by an automated system (your assistant announces this in its first sentence, and the disclosure cannot be switched off) and telling them the call may be recorded if you have enabled that function.

Trackers

The site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Audience measurement is done in-house, without any persistent identifier that would allow a visitor to be followed from one site to another, which exempts it from consent under the CNIL guidelines.
